The molding is designed by professional industrial molding design office with strong third dimension and streamline, particular, vogue and fashionable.

The aluminum alloy materials are strictly selected. That's Japanese ADCI2 and USA A360.

The surface is done with shot blasting cleaning and chromate treatment. Salt Spray resistance test is done three times in continue for 8 hours, and no rust occur.

The surface is treated with anticorrosive paint baking. The thickness of baked paint should be no more than 50- 100um and the antistatic coating should be no more than 70-120um. 9 grids have been made in an area of 32mm X 32mm, but no cast occur within the 3 times test which using adhesive tape to test adhesive force.

The groove of the product is embedded with metal screen to prevent radio interference. It has a good grounding, radio shielding and leak resistance property.

The product is sealed with silicon rubber strip and can bear temperature as high as 200"Cand as low as 80Cbelow zero with no distortion. It keep no leak within 2 minutes under 0.7MPa air pressure.
