Ningbo Sentin Electronics Co., Ltd. in the beautiful city of Ningbo, known as the “China Capital of Mold” in the south of the Yangtze River Delta, Sentin Electronics covers an area of 50 mu (33,333m²). With a total investment of 150 million yuan, the modernized enterprise integrates mold design, mold manufacturing, die-casting, precision machining, surface treatment, and assembly. The enterprise now has a 45,000m²standard workshop and is equipped with advanced production and inspection equipment in the industry. Besides, the enterprise gathered many well-trained staff, as well as skilled and experienced technical talents in molding, die-casting, machining, and surface treatment.

Development

Since its establishment 25 years ago, the enterprise has gone through twists and turns and developed from a small workshop into a medium-sized enterprise with an annual output of nearly 200 million yuan. From the initial manual operation to the present assembly line and automatic operation, the enterprise has been progressing step by step and experienced many hardships, successes, and joys together with its staff over the years, we believe that with our perseverance, excellent technological capacity, unyielding operation team, and support from customers, suppliers and friends, we are unstoppable in our way ahead.

  • 1994/12

    Ningbo Yuchi Electronics Co., Ltd. was established and began to independently develop, design, and manufacture molds.

  • 1998/3

    An electroplating workshop was established.

  • 1999/3

    Realized the integration of mold design, development, pressure-coating, machining, surface treatment, assembly, packaging, transport and distribution.

  • 2000/3

    Gained ISO9001 2000 certification.

  • 2001/2

    Started to manufacture major optical nodes shells to replace imported ones and satisfy domestic demands.

  • 2005/9

    Ningbo Yuchi invested and established the branch factory of Ningbo sentin Electrics Co.. Ltd. In August of the same year, the selection of the new plant site which covers an area of 50 mu (33.333m²) was completed.

  • 2006/4

    Ningbo Shengtian Electronics Co., Ltd. was established, In August of the same year, the new factory site of 50 acres was successfully selected.

  • 2007/3

    Preparation of the new plant construction was commenced.

  • 2011/8

    The new plant construction was completed and installation of production equipment was commenced.

  • 2011/10

    The first Die-casting equipment in the new plant was put into operation.

  • 2012/10

    Gained ISO9001 2008 certification.

  • 2011/12-2012/3

    Machining, spray coating and assembly workshops were put into operation successively.

  • 2012/11

    Sentin introduced high-end production equipment like Toshiba automatic dis-casting machine, Japan Brother Processing Center and Hexagon three coordinate measuring instrument from USA.

  • 2013/1

    Start production of 3D communication (SUNWAVE) casing, GrenTech communication shells, and Saunnada communication shells.

  • 2016/5

    Purchased a 1250t cold chamber die-casting machine from LK TECH, HK;

  • 2016/6

    Commencement of production of Repeater Chassis;

  • 2016/11

    Developed and produced RU chassis;

  • 2021/6

    Commencement of production of N3RU chassis from KDDI, Japan.

  • 2022/8

    Purchased Brother machining center W1000xd1 imported from Japan.
